What We Do

We Make Nature Smile in Yoga

Through introspection, we look into ourselves, accept what we see, choose how to express ourselves and be gentle
but firm with ourselves to shift habits.
When you separate your real self from your conditioning answers will come.
The Infinite is undivided.

In India, tantra means the mastery and living of the Vedic science and is not directly connected to sexuality
as often is the case in the West.
Tantra is a spiritual science of philosophy and inner freedom.
Tantra in Sanskrit – Tan (prefix) means to expand, while Tra means to liberate, Tantra in Sanskrit means
to weave, loom, thread, web, to extend, to stretch. So Tantra becomes that which first expands and then
liberates the mind.

Go along With Nature and Yoga

Autumn Is a Second Spring in Yoga

The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root word Yug – Yoke, meaning union, coupling, linking. In
Latin – jugum, which means jugular, representing the vein uniting the skull and chest, mind and heart.
Yoga is the union, the coming together, the communion. Defragmenting our understanding of self and the
whole universe!
